RETURNS
Christina Addison knows you will love your purchase.

All Custom orders are created specifically for you and are not eligible for any return at all.

In the event there is a need, purchases may be returned for a refund for any reason for a period of 7 days. After the 7 day period, our return policy is exchange only within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us for an RFI number prior to returning any item.

SHIPPING
To return your product, contact us for a Return Authorization and Shipping Label.

Or You should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
